Fall 2026 Applications- Summer 2027 Sports!

We look forward to helping your child participate in minor sports!

Read and follow the instructions to submit your application for funding. Contact applications@all-access-athletics.com with any questions or assistance completing the application.  

Deadline for submission: Sept 30, 2026

Step 1: Fill in all sections of the application form. Any sections left blank, or incomplete could result in a delay in processing your application.  

Step 2: Provide Supporting Documentation

1. Applicants must provide 

a) most recent notice of assessment available to obtain from the Canada Revenue Agency 

2. documentation to demonstrate that they reside within the Huron Perth County area (e.g., current lease, hydro bill, …..) 

Step 3: Send supporting documentation to applications@all-access-athletics.com

Subject Line: Financial Assistance Application - Player last name, First name  

Step 4: Submit your application and supporting documentation by the deadline.  

Funding Decisions

Applicants will be notified the week of November 15, 2026. 

Possible outcomes: 

• Registration cost: will be directed to the minor sport organization on behalf of the child. 

• Equipment: program will provide new or used equipment based on need and availability. 

• Travel Expenses: tournament fees and hotel costs will be paid directly to the organization team manager. 

• Waitlisted: if funds are limited

• Not approved

Acceptance of Funding

If approved: 

• parents/guardians must confirm acceptance within 7 days. 

• The child must participate regularly unless circumstances change. 

Confidentiality 

All personal information and financial information provided in the application will remain confidential and will only be reviewed by the financial assistance committee.
